Multi-sport week in Elba! Freediving, Catamaran, Windsurfing and Wing!

Katabasis Freediving and Sailing organizes, in collaboration with Naregno Sailing Center and Experience 360 a multi-sport experience on the Elba Island  aimed at sports enthusiasts of the Sea. A 5-day program that will be possible to modulate according to their own characteristics, cravings and needs.

THE FREEDIVING ACTIVITIES
– Training on the rope
– Ethical and sustainable fishing outings (patented only)
– SSI Freediving Freediver 1st and Advanced 2nd certification; (with supplementary certification cost)

SAILING ACTIVITIES
Dinghy; Catamaran; Windsurfing; Wing

PROGRAM
Morning – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. – freediving lesson (theory and practice)
Afternoon – 2:30 to 6 p.m. – Sailing lesson (theory and practice)

THE CHOICE.
Participants will be able to choose the activities by building their own learning path based also on the number of memberships needed to reach a minimum number for each activity.

PARTICIPATION FEES
Freediving  Program : € 250 x 5 sessions with Instructor ( theory + practice)
Sailing Program : € 250 x 5 sessions ( theory + practice)

FREEDIVING + SAILING PACKAGE
€ 400 + € 25 Registration Katabasis/Sailing Center Naregno

LODGING
At sports hostel € 30/night with use of kitchen shared rooms
