The Island of Elba: beautiful and possible (without the ferry!)
Elba Island was our home (Casa del Mare) from 2007 to 2017, and today it is our second home! Let us guide you through the places that have always inspired us and that we want to share with you; splendid inlets, cliffs, remote islands, wrecks and deserted beaches that can only be reached by sea.
Since 1996 Elba has been home to the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and, since 1991, has been part of the Pelagos Cetacean Sanctuary, a protected marine area which is home to various species of whales and dolphins.
Some of our favorite destinations are the home of freediving legend Jacques Mayol, the Pomonte wreck, the islets of Cerboli and Palmaiola and the incredible Costa dei Gabbiani, a stretch of unspoilt coastline of wild beauty.
