SSI Freediving Course ( 1st level)
In Baratti, at our headquarters from June 11th to June 14th, 2024 an introductory course to learn about Freediving and learn the technique, but above all to know and love the Sea. Open to anyone who is willing to get involved, even boys/girls 12 and up!
SSI Freediving course: Freediver Level 1st
To develop technique, and practice recreational freediving, with constant attention to the marine environment.
Participants: 2 to 5 students
Duration: Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2 sessions of 3 hours (theory + confined waters)
2 sessions of 3 hours (theory + open waters)
Maximum depth 20 meters
Participation fee
€ 280 + € 50 for SSI Freediving certification if required
Accommodation
If requested we can provide agreed facilities. Theories will be held at the Amarasca agriturismo.
