SSI Freediving Corse – Freediver (1st level)

In Baratti, at our headquarters from May 30 to June 2, 2024 an introductory course to learn about Freediving and learn the technique, but above all to know and love the Sea. Open to anyone who is willing to get involved, even boys/girls 12 and up!

SSI Freediving Course – Freediver (1st lev)
To develop technique, and practice recreational freediving, with constant attention to the marine environment.
Participants: 2 to 5 students
Duration: Thursday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2 sessions of 3 hours (theory + confined waters)
2 sessions of 3 hours (theory + open water)
Maximum depth 20 meters
Participation fee
€ 280 + € 50 for SSI Freediving certification if required
Accommodation
On request for our students it is possible to have accommodation at our Freediving Hostel for € 30 per night with kitchen use!
