Workshop equalization and relaxation

September 2022: a retreat dedicated to freedivers who want to deepen the close relationship between equalization and relaxation while remaining in contact with nature. In the upper Maremma, from Thursday 16 evening to Sunday 19 afternoon, 3 days of well-being and simplicity, limited to 4/5 participants

– Fins and free falling techniques
– Relaxation practice

TYPICAL DAY
The days will start early in the morning with a hearty breakfast followed by a theory session and then move to the harbor in the Gulf of Baratti for freediving sessions.
You will return in the afternoon for a lesson on topics such as equalization, constant buoyancy, free diving and falling. This is followed by breathing and relaxation practices to round off a day full of activities.
This is followed by a well-deserved dinner based on Tuscan and Ligurian products.

The accommodation will be in flat in rooms of 2/3 places with hostel type accommodation
Partial participation in 2 days is also possible
