SSI FREEDIVING 1° and 2° LEVEL SSI FREEDIVING 
To develop technique and practice recreational freediving with constant attention to the marine environment.

Spearfishing courses
To address and improve technique and instinct starting from the participant’s real abilities. Remember that the practice of freediving fishing must always be sustainable and selective.

Private lessons in Freediving and/or Spearfishing
To optimize your time, dedicated programs for intensive learning with a private trainer. It is possible to build customized private lesson packages that can be combined between different activities for those who want to experience a 360° experience.
Participants: individual or small groups
Duration: daily or weekly lessons

RECREATIONAL FREEDIVING AND SNORKELING
On your own or with the whole family to observe the wonders of the Gulf of Baratti. Discover the secrets of the Etruscan coast thanks to the anecdotes of the instructor/commander on board and experience an exciting show in complete safety.
Participants: from 4 to 6 participants
Duration: from 3 hours to all day
