In Baratti, Tuscany, an SSI Freediving 2nd level didactic  (Advanced) in 6 half days

SSI Freediving course 2nd level 
2° level freediving course provides additional knowledge for the practice freediving. Equalization is proposed in more depth, addressing the different techniques of descent along the cable, such as constant weight and free immersion. A course to develop greater awareness without ever losing sight of the fun.

4 theory lessons,
4 sessions at sea

International certification achieved to standards
Medical certificate is required and Mares equipment can be hired on request.

TRAINING
During training sessions, it will be possible for already certified students to train independently or with instructor on the cable

Course participants can stay at our sports hostel where the theory lessons are held at a cost of € 30/night in a shared double room with use of the kitchen.
