SSI Freediving course Pool/Freediver (1° liv)
FREEDIVING COURSES in Tuscany, on the Etruscan Coast.
The SSI Freediver / Pool (Level 1) course will take place at our headquarters in Baratti from 2 to 3 June 2026.
SSI POOL/FREEDIVER COURSE (LEVEL 1)
An introductory experience to learn about freediving and its techniques, but above all to understand and love the sea. Open to anyone who wants to get involved, including children aged 12 and over! Followed step by step by an experienced instructor, you will learn the importance of safety and how to practice recreational freediving while interacting consciously with the marine environment.

Calendar: Tuesday 2nd to Wednesday 3rd
2 sessions of 4 hours (theory + confined water)
2 sessions of 4 hours (theory + open water)
Time: Both days
from 9am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 6.30pm
Depth: from 5 to 20 meters
Participants: 2 to 5 students
Participation fee
€330 including digital teaching materials and SSI Freediving certification
To participate in the course, you must have
– Katabasis 2026 membership (€25)
– a medical certificate
