SSI Freediving Course Pool/lev 1
In Baratti, at our headquarters from 20 to 23 May 2025 an introductory course to get to know Freediving and learn the technique, but above all to know and love the Sea. Open to all those who want to get involved, even boys/girls aged 12 and over!
SSI Freediving 1st level freediving course (Freediver)
To develop technique and practice recreational Freediving with constant attention to the marine environment.
Participants: 2 to 5 students
Duration: Tuesday 20 to Friday 23 May 2025 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
2 sessions of 3 hours (theory + confined water)
2 sessions of 3 hours (theory + open water)
Maximum depth 20 meters
Participation fee
€ 280 + € 50 for SSI Freediving certification if required
Basic medical certificate and Katabasis 2025 membership required (€ 25)
Possibility to rent full equipment (€ 40)
