SSI Freediving Advanced course (2nd lev)
In Baratti, at our headquarters from July 2 to 5, 2024 an SSI Freediving Advanced (2nd level) to continue your journey and give you further knowledge for the practice of this wonderful activity. During the course is offered in more depth, addressing the different descent techniques along the rope, such as constant weight and free immersion. A path to develop more awareness without ever losing sight of the fun; in fact, a recreational freediving session will not be missing ;-)
SSI Freediving Advanced Course (2nd Lev)
To practice constant weight and free immersion, learn new equalization techniques, develop awareness, and as always with constant attention to the marine environment.
Participants: 2 to 5 students
Duration:
4 sessions from 9 am to 1 pm +
2 sessions from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm

You can contact “Il Chiostro” a beautiful structure in the ancient Borgo di Suvereto” which in addition to providing a wonderful welcome, will be the place where the theory and relaxation classes will be held .
