SSI Freediving Performance Course (lev 3)
In Baratti, at our headquarters from 17 to 22 June 2025, an SSI Freediving Performance (level 3) course will be held to continue your training and give you further knowledge for the practice of this wonderful activity.
During the course, equalization is proposed in more depth, addressing the different descent techniques along the rope, such as constant weight and free immersion.
Mouthfill will be addressed, with attention to the different equalization strategies, loads and pulls, the different depths where to implement different strategies, the use of the jaws and cheeks in the compensatory act and finally returning to the Frenzel and residual air management.
A course to develop greater awareness without ever losing sight of the fun.
FREEDIVING COURSES
To practice constant weight and free immersion, applying the equalization techniques you already possess and gradually experimenting with mouthfill and developing awareness during the fall. A course with a strong technical vocation but which never wants to forget the love of the Sea!
Participants: 2 to 5 students
Duration:
6 sessions from 9 am to 1 pm +
2 sessions from 14.30 to 18.30
Participation fee
€ 410 inclusive of SSI Freediving certification
Basic medical certificate and Katabasis 2025 membership required (€ 25)
Possibility to rent equipment (€ 40)
